The other day, four friends that a former HQ resident had made while volunteering in Tanzania came to visit us. We cooked up a big hot pot with hakusai (Chinese cabbage) from the Suidosuji shopping street and some delicious meat, shared it with our current residents, and swapped a bunch of memories together.
