Common Areas & Facilities
The Headquarters Kobe boasts generous and well-equipped shared spaces. Nearly one-third of the total floor area — or close to half including the rooftop — is common space. Water and bathroom facilities are plentiful relative to the number of residents. The building itself is older, but the common areas are cleaned by a housekeeper once a week, and residents tend to keep things tidy, so you’ll find it very comfortable to live here.
Living Space
The 5th floor is primarily shared space, featuring a spacious living room where residents relax and share meals together. There’s also a TV and gaming consoles available.

A dedicated room for focused study or remote work. Each bedroom has a desk too, but it’s nice to have a separate space when you want a change of scenery.
