The Headquarters Kobe boasts generous and well-equipped shared spaces. Nearly one-third of the total floor area — or close to half including the rooftop — is common space. Water and bathroom facilities are plentiful relative to the number of residents. The building itself is older, but the common areas are cleaned by a housekeeper once a week, and residents tend to keep things tidy, so you’ll find it very comfortable to live here.

Living Space

The 5th floor is primarily shared space, featuring a spacious living room where residents relax and share meals together. There’s also a TV and gaming consoles available.

Kitchen

Good living starts with good food. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances: A 30L convection oven reaching up to 300°C, a BALMUDA toaster for perfect toast, a sous vide cooker for tender meat, a pressure cooker, a slow juicer, a blender, a bread maker, a stylish automatic coffee roaster, and a gas takoyaki griddle for group fun. 2 gas burners and a separate IH cooktop. 5 refrigerators/freezers total: 2 on the 5th floor kitchen + 1 chest freezer, plus 1 fridge each on the 4th and 3rd floors.

Study / Work Room

A dedicated room for focused study or remote work. Each bedroom has a desk too, but it’s nice to have a separate space when you want a change of scenery.

Rooftop

The rooftop is one of the highlights of The Headquarters Kobe — with a great view and open sky ♪ In the warmer months, it’s the perfect spot for a BBQ, or to enjoy a cold beer while catching the evening breeze.

Making daily life easier: 2 drum-type washer-dryers (heat pump type) — one on 4F and one on 3F. 6 sinks total: 1 on 5F, 3 on 4F, 2 on 3F. Laundry detergent is covered by the common fees.

Entrance

The building faces the covered shopping arcade — groceries are literally 3 seconds away, no rain required.
