MGとはManagement Game=経営ゲームのこと。SBの孫社長も推薦する活きた経営・会計が体験して学べるゲームだそうです。それを遊びながら学ぶひとたちの集まり。アナログな感じがいいですね。

代表の瀬戸さんとむかしある勉強会でご一緒したご縁でヘッドクオーターズのダイニングテーブルで遊んでもらいました。

参加されたひとたちはP&G、任天堂、キーエンスなどの関西の人気超優良企業のイケメン・ナイスガイズ。なんで女性はこういうのほっとくんだろうね笑。みんなボードゲームしなよ！あ、ぜんぜんマルチとかじゃないからね笑。

MG stands for Management Game — a hands-on business simulation game. Apparently even SoftBank’s president Son endorses it as a great way to learn real management and accounting through play. It’s a gathering of people who learn while having fun with it. There’s something nice about how analog it all feels.

We got the chance to host them around the dining table at The Headquarters through a connection with the group’s leader, Mr. Seto, whom I got to know at a study session years ago.

The people who came were sharp, friendly guys from top-tier Kansai companies like P&G, Nintendo, and Keyence. Why do women let guys like this just sit around single, I wonder (laughs). Everyone, get into board games! Oh, and no, this isn’t some multi-level marketing thing (laughs).

Here at The Headquarters Kobe, we hope that all kinds of encounters and discoveries keep happening — not just in daily life among the residents, but also through connections with our guests.
