住人からケーキの型が欲しいと言われ新しく買ったら、さっそく作ってくれました。作ってくれたのは欲しがった女子自身ではなく料理男子のハンガリー人でしたが笑。
基本的にシフォンケーキのレシピ？にヨーグルトを加えてしっとり感がアップ、さらにオレンジピールを加えたので爽やかなフレーバーも。めっちゃ高級感ある仕上がりです。生クリームを忘れてしまったのでスポンジのままで食べましたがそれでも満足できる味😊

これで原価が１千円いかないはずなので、お得です。ヘッドクオーターズのシェアハウス生活は楽しくて美味しいよ😆

One of our residents mentioned she wanted a cake pan, so we went out and bought one — and she had a cake made in no time! Well, actually it wasn’t the girl who asked for it who ended up baking, but our Hungarian resident who loves to cook, haha.
It’s basically a chiffon cake recipe with yogurt added for extra moistness, plus some orange peel for a refreshing hint of flavor. The finished cake looks seriously fancy. We forgot to get whipped cream, so we ate it plain, but it was still totally satisfying 😊

The whole thing probably cost less than 1,000 yen to make, so it’s a great deal too. Life at The Headquarters share house is fun and delicious 😆
