新型コロナウイルスの件、いろいろな影響が出ていますね。先日は西宮市に続いて神戸市でも感染者が出たようです。旅行／宿泊業界はほんと大変だし、一般企業のオフィスでもリモートワークを推進しているところがこれまでになく増えているようです。

さて会社ならリモートもいいですが、住処はリモートにするわけにはいかないです。10人ちょっとの命を預かるシェアハウスとしても（大げさ？苦笑）無策でいるわけにもいかないので、一応次の対策をとることにしました。

・次亜塩素酸水の大型ボトルを購入
・玄関で手指の消毒義務化（次亜塩素酸水のスプレーボトル）
・共用部に加湿器を設置（次亜塩素酸水を薄めて使用）
・共用部で換気ルール化
・各フロアの共用タオルを廃止し、キッチンのみペーパータオル化

まあ現実的なコスト効果でやれることはこのぐらいでしょうかね（他の良い対策あれば教えて頂けると嬉しいです）。あとは各住人が外で濃厚接触を避けてもらうぐらいでしょうか。。

The new coronavirus situation is having all kinds of effects, isn’t it? A few days ago, following Nishinomiya, Kobe city also reported its first case. It’s a really tough time for the travel and hospitality industry, and more and more regular companies seem to be pushing remote work than ever before.

Well, remote work is great for a company, but you can’t exactly make a home “remote.” Even as a share house looking after the lives of a dozen-plus people (a bit dramatic, I know, ha), we couldn’t just sit back and do nothing, so we’ve decided to put the following measures in place.

• Bought a large bottle of hypochlorous acid water
• Made hand disinfection mandatory at the entrance (using a hypochlorous acid water spray bottle)
• Set up a humidifier in the common areas (using diluted hypochlorous acid water)
• Established ventilation rules for common areas
• Got rid of shared towels on each floor, switching to paper towels in the kitchen only

I think that’s about as much as we can reasonably do cost-wise for now (if anyone has other good ideas, we’d love to hear them!). Beyond that, I guess it’s mostly down to each resident avoiding close contact with others when they’re out and about.
